Cancel Policy

No Penalty: If the reservation is canceled within the reservation date up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, minus the tax, transfer and/or bank expenses generated by the operations and the exchange rate.

Penalized: If the reservation is canceled within 29 days of arrival, 100% of the total value of the rent incurred in this situation is penalized. The balance will not be refunded nor will tax, transfer and/or bank expenses generated by the operations and the exchange rate.

Unused nights, early departures and/or no shows are penalized with the total value per night incurred in this situation.

Note: Penalties will be deducted directly from the advance deposit that was required for the reservation. Penalties are non-refundable or creditable for future stays.
