Nice and bright studio in my favorite area of PdC. Very friendly staff, great rooftop pool area and just next to the Chedraui Selecto. The apartment is in very good shape, safe box included. Communication with Maritza was excellent all the time. Caveat: This apartment has a discounted price due to construction going on next to it. If you intend to work inside the studio during construction hours you might want to give it a thought. We were hardly ever inside the place during the day, so the construction did not bother at all. Great place, I would definitely go there again!

This location is the perfect apartment for bachelors or couples without children. You are right at the beginning of the best part of 5th avenue, unaffected by party noise. You are 50 m away from one of the best supermarkets in the city and a sports stadium with basketball and tennis courts. The Evolve Gym is a 5-minute walk away. It has a lovely balcony overlooking an interior garden, and as the icing on the cake, there is a modern and well-kept pool on the roof with great views of the sea and Playa del Carmen. There is a lobby with twenty four hours of efficient security, which does not interfere with your private life. Just outstanding.

I had a great stay in this condo. Clean and great location. Just 1 block to 5th avenue with all the restaurants, nightlife and walking distance to the beach. The host Carolina was very responsive to help and answering your questions. I will recommend this unit for your future travels to Playa Del Carmen.

LOCATION. The location is wonderful. Aside fro being 1 block to 5th avenue there is a fabulous stadium across the street open to the public and offers a great walking track as well as tennis, basketball & classes of all sorts. BUILDING. The building is very well maintained. The common areas are very clean including the 6th floor roof top gym & pool area. The 24 hr security staff are very friendly & efficient. CONDO. The condo itself is a studio. It is on an elevated 1st floor with a large comfortable balcony which at this time faces a treed unoccupied building lot so very private. Sadly no mosquito screens. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mariska was our contact and was very personable & efficient . The 2 issues we had ( blender & sheets) were dealt with immediately. OVERALL. Very happy and our stay would rate 4 out of 5

very nice building well located, the rooftop is stunning, one of the best in Playa. We'd have stayed longer if we could. The flat has all you need for cooking, resting safely. For those sensitive to noise their is currently construcion nearby and ceiling is a bit thin, so plan earplugs but it's totally bearable, we could sleep well.

Location is great, close to everything and the apartment is very clean, comfortable, luminous and equipped with everything you need. The building has a nice pool on the rooftop and a small gym for exercising. I had a great time and hope to be back again soon. 100% recommended!
